Return/ Exchange Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.glasstips.com operated by Glasstips.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged/ unused in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it, process your return, and either refund your money (if eligible) or fulfill the exchange request (if eligible). The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with refunds and/ or exchanges.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel BEFORE your order has been shipped, you will be assessed a 0% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return/ Exchange Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a return.
